By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

The Company provides trade data, HS code tariff information, and regulatory intelligence. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
4. Account Registration
- • You may need to create an account to access certain Services.
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Fees and Payment
- • Certain Services require payment of fees.
- • All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.
- • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable Singapore law.
We reserve the right to change pricing upon reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including content, databases, software, trademarks, and materials, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

- • To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
- • Information provided, including regulatory, tariff, or trade data, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
- • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
- • The Company’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

- • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion:

12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Dispute Resolution (Optional – Arbitration)
Alternatively, any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) then in force.
The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Singapore law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
